History: Now and Then
The Tiburon Fire Protection District has protected the Tiburon Peninsula since 1941.
The District serves the Town of Tiburon and the Town of Belvedere with fire suppression, emergency medical response, rescue, and wildfire prevention across the peninsula and its open space. A fuller history of the District and the firefighters who have served this community is coming soon.
